We love mountain biking and we have a soft spot for trivia, so every day we will be "tweeting" a Mountain Biking trivia question. After playing you will never be short of something to talk about out on the trail again! (Sorry, we can only award winners in the US only)
So what exactly is Twitter?
Twitter is a service for people to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing? This can sound pretty mundane, but you can learn more about how it can be useful by watching this video called, "Twitter in Plain English" or read a post by Zappos.com here.
How to Play?
To enter, simply reply back to our trivia question and you will be entered in the contest.
It is that simple.
Signup on twitter (https://twitter.com/signup) and follow us (we are @MtnBikeApp on twitter). We will be posting a trivia question every day starting on Sept 28 ~ October 12, 11 am EST - 10 am EST. Two people who reply to the tweet with the correct answer will get a $4.99 application for FREE!!!!
Here’s an example:
1) MtnBikeApp will send out a message in twitter that says, "In what state was the first Gary Fisher bike built?"
2) You can then send a message back that says "@MtnBikeApp California".
The @ symbol puts it to our attention. Two winners will be chosen at random per question.
Rules
- To encourage more participants to play, each contestant can win only one application per day.
- Anyone caught using bots to game the contest will be automatically disqualified from this and all subsequent contests. This is supposed to be fun for everyone.
